Bhava Ram's Sacred Practices

One Love San DiegoThe essence of Yoga is remembering that we are one with all that is.

This awareness helps us cultivate compassion, understanding, forgiveness and gratitude.

When we feel connected we are more inclined to be of service to others. Whenever we help to lift someone up, we are all lifted to a higher place.

This past weekend I was fortunate to teach a small piece at ONE LOVE, a Yoga Festival in San Diego that provides 100% of its proceeds to grassroots San Diego youth organizations that help kids at risk by giving them direction and education for the future.

Kim Bauman, One LoveThe recipients this year were Outdoor Outreach and San Diego Youth Services.

Kim Bauman, the yogini who put this all together, worked tirelessly and performed miracles!
